Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, whether the injured person lives in California, and the information you choose to provide in the “Tell us what happened” field.
The form does not accept file uploads. Your description may include personal or medical information. Please provide only the information needed for an initial review of your inquiry.

Inquiry information is available to firm personnel who need it to review or respond to your request.
For certain matters, we work with co-counsel or referral attorneys and may share information relevant to evaluating or handling your potential case. Service providers also process information as needed to operate our website and email systems. These include Kinsta, our website hosting provider, and Google Workspace, our email provider.

Contact form submissions are initially stored in WordPress and emailed directly to our firm through Google Workspace. They are not automatically transferred to intake or case-management software.
We regularly remove submissions from WordPress. We generally delete declined inquiries from our website and email systems promptly, but we do not maintain a fixed deletion schedule.
We may retain certain information longer to comply with legal or professional obligations, maintain necessary records, or address issues relating to an inquiry or representation. Copies may remain in routine backups until those backups expire.
Website Logs and Hosting Analytics
When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, referring pages, and the dates and times of access.
Kinsta provides hosting analytics and logs that support website operation, security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. This technical information can relate to an identifiable visitor, even if you do not submit our contact form.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising tools.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or third-party marketing analytics. Our website or hosting infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies needed for site operation and security.

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. A parent or guardian may contact us about an injured child.
If you believe a child submitted information directly, please contact us so we can address it.
